As independent paralegals, there is no commitment beyond each assignment, unlike the commitment you have with an employee, such as salary, benefits and unemployment taxes. Services can be provided on an as-needed basis, to fit your needs, which ebbs and flows with your caseload.

How do we ensure there is no client conflict?
​
Prior to working on a case, JM Legal Services, LLC will conduct a thorough internal conflict search similar to conflict searches conducted by law firms to ensure compliance with Rule 107 of the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct.

How is your time billed and how do we bill our clients?
​
JM Legal Services will send you a monthly invoice reflecting our services. We will also provide you with a detailed description of our work so you can in turn bill your clients to recoup the costs of our services.
